CAN YOU HELP US WITH SPONSORSHIP?
We depend upon sponsorship to help us fund the work we do in promoting rugby within the Community. It helps us to keep the costs of playing rugby low, especially for our Junior and Mini-Rugby players.
Please help if you can. You may have your own business or work for one which looks to provide support to local community activities. If so there are different ways you can sponsor us, either as a Business or Personally:
- Pitch side Advertisement hoardings
- Special advertisement hoardings (eg Main gate, Scoreboard)
- Player position sponsorship
- Event sponsorship (eg VP Lunch, Spostsmans Dinners, Bonfire Night and other Fund raising events
- Major Development Projects (eg New flodldights)
- Team Kit sponsorship
- Tour sponsorship
- Simple donations (no business advertising)
In virtually all cases the sponsorship provided is tax allowable for businesses.
If made personally as a simple donation the sponsorship usually benefits the Club further by way of 25% Gift Aid contribution we receive from the Government and higher-rate tax such personal sponsors can receive additional tax credits.
